With our new menu, we welcome spring with fresh ingredients, refined flavours, and great attention to detail.
Look forward to seasonal creations featuring green asparagus, wild garlic, and morels, alongside homemade pasta, refined fish and meat dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan highlights.
A special highlight: our new Guggital Bento – a variety of carefully composed creations, beautifully served on elegant wooden trays.
Our menu is completed with homemade desserts and ice cream, following the tradition of the house.
