Our winter menu celebrates comfort and flavour, from creamy black salsify soup to homemade tagliolini with Périgord truffles or sautéed mushrooms with delicate mushroom foam. Fish lovers will enjoy monkfish wrapped in bacon with winter vegetables and mashed potatoes, while classic taste seekers can savour a tender beef fillet with port wine sauce and gratin.
